Established by Vicki and Nikki in 2003, Fresh is a full service catering and event business. Known for our remarkable food, sophisticated events, warm service and a can-do attitude. We cater cocktail parties and product launches, gourmet plated meals, and small intimate dinners. We also provide bar services, styling and decor, event management and trained wait-staff for your event. If you’re looking for an event where imaginations are sparked and hearts melt then come to Fresh.

We have been on a culinary adventure recently! From celebrating a century of life at a 100th birthday, to making office moves a little less stressful. We dazzled at awards dinners and even snuck in some cricket fun at the Betway SA20 finals.

Big shoutout to our incredible team – their smiles are as bright as our food is delicious! 2025, we’re hungry for more!

14 December 2024 – an incredibly special day for us at Fresh Catering, where the beautiful Jess Clarke, first daughter of our beloved Vicki Clarke, got married to Charles Serrurier in a picturesque setting with unbelievable food (obviously ☺️) in what was an extraordinarily happy day.

Thank you to Circa Events for the infrastructure; BlackJack Events for the incredible service offering; Louise Eichner Fine Flowers and Exclusive Hire Co for the tableware; Mark Posnett for the wedding stationery; Glenda's for the delicious cake and of course Ash Dowding Photography for the mind-blowing photos.

Ending our year off at Leopard Creek catering for the Alfred Dunhill Golf Championship is a highlight on our event calendar ⛳️

The team we work with are all incredible and not only do we all have our 7 P’s in place, but we have a lot of fun during the process!

Our Story

Vicki Clarke started Fresh Catering and Events in 2003 after realising there was a gap in the market for creative catering options. Vicki put her head down and carried out her vision for elegant but unpretentious food, and tailored solutions together to create Fresh Catering and Events.

With over 25 years of experience Vicki has become known for her distinctive style and high standards at events as diverse as corporate conferences, birthday parties and weddings.

Vicki’s expertise has also earned the company an impressive client portfolio, but more importantly loyal clients who return again and again for the one-on-one service and consistent attention to detail. And so what started as a small operation in a garage is now a full events business running out of an 800 square metre warehouse.
