Two evenings of beauty, elegance, and exceptional dining for the Woolworths Beauty x Glamour influencer experience ✨

Hosted at Woolworths Sandton and Woolworths Eastgate, we catered for two exclusive evenings welcoming 40 beauty influencers per event with a curated three-course plated menu.

Guests began with a roasted butternut & ginger velouté finished with a parmesan crisp, followed by a choice of miso-glazed salmon with warm shiitake broth and sesame soba noodles, or tender slow-braised lamb served with creamy cauliflower purée and pomegranate glaze.

Dessert featured poached pear with hibiscus syrup and vanilla bean crème légère — a delicate finish to an unforgettable evening.

Two evenings of curated fine dining for 20 VIP executives — where every course was designed to deliver an elevated culinary experience ✨

Guests were welcomed with beautifully plated starters including wild mushroom & feta tart and roasted butternut & feta tart, followed by a refined selection of mains: marinated beef fillet with potato fondant, parmesan crusted line fish, slow cooked harissa lamb shank with mashed potatoes, and grilled salmon finished with a tarragon mustard cream sauce.

Dessert was the perfect finale — flourless chocolate torte with berry sorbet and a deconstructed key lime pie with lemon curd cream.

An intimate dining experience focused on exceptional flavour, elegant presentation, and seamless service.

Guests enjoyed a live sushi chef bar, Japanese whisky tastings paired with an indulgent chocolate station, and a menu designed to bring together bold flavours and refined presentation.

From seared tuna on crispy sushi rice squares and delicate beef tataki canapés, to bowl foods including wagyu beef with jasmine rice and miso glazed cod with crispy noodles - every detail was curated to create an immersive culinary experience.
