It was a privilege to once again celebrate with one of our long-standing clients as they marked a special 30th birthday in the comfort of their home. Designed with understated elegance, the table featured olive leaves, softly glowing lanterns and whitewashed rattan placemats—creating a relaxed yet refined setting for an unforgettable evening.

Guests were welcomed with an array of handcrafted canapés, from seared tuna on wonton crisps with wasabi aioli and soy pearls, to smoked salmon on hot potato cakes and parmesan shortbread topped with pomegranate lamb and tzatziki.

Dinner began with delicate mushroom ravioli in a velvety sage cream sauce, followed by a choice of tender deboned lamb shank with mustard mash and baby stem vegetables, or perfectly seared salmon in a lemon cream sauce. To finish, a silky vanilla bean panna cotta with berry coulis and a floral chocolate shard provided the sweetest ending to a memorable evening.

A palette of pink florals paired with crisp white and warm oak finishes created an elegant, contemporary setting, while playful chemistry-inspired styling—featuring laboratory flasks and sample tubes—wove the purpose of the space into every detail.

Guests enjoyed a selection of beautifully presented canapés and handcrafted mini desserts, proving that even the smallest details can make the biggest impression.

For this intimate EXCO celebration, we transformed the space into an elegant Christmas in July setting with rich reds, warm golds, and flickering candlelight. Gold candlesticks, lush Christmas greenery, velvety red roses, holly, and winterberries created a timeless tablescape that felt both festive and sophisticated.

The menu celebrated the season with refined winter flavors:
