The path toward a successful outcome of a design commission is rooted in three simple fundamental concepts. These include listening, understanding and applying. Listening intently also means opening up ways for a designer to express possible barriers to expectations and to articulate such barriers to the client. This is extremely important. Understanding means to fully grasp what the client is hoping you bring into your mind's eye so that it can give the client a high degree of confidence in the process. And finally, the application of your craft insofar as it draws upon your experience and your competencies. These projects which we undertake are bound to extremely high standards. Taking shortcuts is simply not an option for us. Because it does not, and never will form part of our business values. It was an absolute delight to have created this matric farewell dress for Tsiamo.
