🚂 Train departs from Inchanga Railway Station on the 11th of May 2025 for a short trip up the line.

🎟 Ticket Prices - R80pp per trip

🎫 Trains depart on the hour every hour from 9am - 3pm - no bookings required

• A Craft Market waiting to be explored 👣
• Refreshments & Coffee on sale ☕️
• Various food stalls to suite most tastes 🍴
• The Inchanga Railway Museum will be open for tours 🏛
• Look for Thomas & Friends in the Modeller's shed 🚃
• Pony Rides 🐴

The Kloof Nek Bus, pictured here around 1968, was part of the public transport system serving Cape Town’s more challenging routes. The Leyland buses, known for their durability, struggled with the steep incline on the up run to Kloof Nek but were reliable in maintaining their schedule. This bus is seen on the down run from Camps Bay and Bakoven, providing an essential service to local residents and visitors, connecting the coastal suburbs to the city center.🦉

What a day it was!

We saw it all – wings, wheels, whistles… and even tank tracks! 🚁🚂🚜

We think it’s safe to say we’re all feeling a little stiff and sore after that military ride – but what an adventure it was! So many laughs, epic views, and unforgettable moments shared with an amazing group of passionate people.

📸 Here we see one of the highlighs of the day – our group photographing two Tiger Moths flying past with a vintage Sherman tank behind. Not your everyday sight!

A massive thank you to everyone who joined us – you made the day what it was! And a heartfelt thanks to Sandstone Estates for so generously hosting us in their incredible setting.

Almost time!!!!!

Two of our favourite machines that have not been run for a while were on test today. The 1915 built NG10 pacific loco and the Marshall roller. Just getting ready for the Easter Cosmos and Honey Festival.Starts Thursday 17th April.
