Dance changed my life long before I knew how to explain it.

It gave me a way to express myself, to be brave, to connect with people, and to turn something deeply personal into something I could share with others.

What started as a little boy dancing secretly in his bedroom became a lifelong passion — and now, something I get to teach and pass on to others.

Whether dance is something you do for yourself, or something you want to share with the world, your journey matters.

Let me help you start yours.

Style Spotlight: Hip Hop ⚡

Hip Hop is not just about cool moves.

It’s energy.
It’s attitude.
It’s expression.
It’s learning how to walk into a room and own your space.

One of the biggest benefits of Hip Hop is that it teaches you how to perform with confidence. You learn how to move bigger, hit sharper, listen to the beat, and bring your own personality into every step.

It pushes you out of your head and into your body.

You stop worrying so much about looking perfect and start focusing on feeling powerful, present, and alive.

Hip Hop teaches rhythm, control, musicality, fitness, coordination, and stage presence — but more than that, it teaches you how to bring energy when it matters.

Because sometimes confidence does not start in your mind.

Sometimes it starts with one beat, one move, one moment where you decide:
I’m going to show up fully.

Ready to bring the energy?

DM “HIP HOP” and let’s get moving.

Style Spotlight: Latin Dance 🔥

Latin dancing is not just about learning steps.

Yes, you’ll learn how to move, how to follow rhythm, how to use your hips, your arms, your posture, and your timing but the real magic happens deeper than that.

Latin teaches you confidence.

It teaches you to trust your own ability, even when you feel unsure. It teaches you to show up, try again, make mistakes, and realise that one wrong step does not define the whole dance.

And maybe one of the most powerful lessons?
It teaches you how to perform in a space where people may be watching, judging, or expecting something from you and still choose to enjoy yourself fully.

That is growth.

That is confidence.

That is Latin.

Fun, fiery, expressive, and unapologetically you.

ready to find your confidence on the dance floor? DM “LATIN” and let’s get started.

Latin or Ballroom? Honestly… it’s a personality thing. 💃🕺

People ask me all the time:
“What’s your favourite — Latin or Ballroom?”

And my answer is always the same: I don’t have a favourite. They’re just different.

Ballroom is smooth, classic, elegant, gentleman-like, and timeless.
Latin is spicy, cheeky, confident, a little arrogant, and full of attitude.

And the truth is, your personality will always show up in your dancing.

Some people naturally bring softness and class.
Some people bring fire and sass.
Some people bring both — depending on the song, the style, and the moment.

But here’s the real tip: **don’t try to change who you are to become a better dancer.**
Take what you already have, adapt it, and use it to enhance your performance.

That’s when dancing starts feeling real.

**Tip of the day: dance like yourself — just with better technique.**

Dancing should feel like that first sip of an ice-cold Coke after a long, hard day. 🥤✨

You know the feeling…

You crack open the can, hear that *shhh*, take the first fizzy sip, and suddenly your whole mood changes.

That’s what dancing should feel like.

Refreshing.
Exciting.
A little addictive.
And exactly what your soul needed.

It’s not about perfect steps or getting everything right the first time. It’s about letting go, feeling the music, laughing a little, moving your body, and remembering that life is supposed to feel good too.

So come dance it out with us.

**Your first class might just be the refresh you didn’t know you needed.**

**Mini Tutorial: Try the Rumba Box Basic at home 💃🕺**

Want a simple dance move you can practise anywhere? Start with the **Rumba Box Basic** — a smooth, easy-to-follow step that helps you build rhythm, confidence, and control on the dance floor.

The best part? You don’t need a partner to start. Just a little space, your favourite song, and a willingness to try.

Take it slow, feel the music, and remember: dancing is not about being perfect — it’s about getting started.

3 mistakes couples make before their first dance 💍✨

Your first dance should feel like you, not like a performance you’re trying to survive.

Here are 3 common mistakes couples make before their big moment:

1. Making it about the guests instead of each other
Yes, your guests will be watching but this moment belongs to you and your husband or wife-to-be. Focus on connection, not perfection.

2. Thinking one mistake will ruin everything
It won’t. Most people won’t even notice a small slip, and the best part is that you’ll be dancing with someone you love. Keep going, smile, and enjoy the moment.

3. Thinking you’ve run out of time
More time is always helpful, but it’s never too late to start. Whether you have 6 months or 4 weeks, we can help you create a dance that feels confident, natural, and special.

Your first dance doesn’t need to be perfect — it just needs to feel like yours.

Save this for later 💃🕺
