Vanilla Sponge, Cherry Chocolate Buttercream with Hand-Made Orchids by our Alta Kleynhans
After only being paid to cater for 4 plated meals, we arrived on sight to 12 people in the middle of nowhere and with loadshedding 🫠
Quickly turned exeptional food into a harvest table setting, unfortunately did not get a chance to photograph those.

But even prior to Covid I, as many of you have worked in many kitchens where you are treated as merely a pawn who is worth less than the piece of onion stuck to your shoe. What you see is a finished product ready to tantalise your taste buds and finish off an exceptional meal...
In reality this baby started out as a Quince tree on the game farm I worked. They had to be picked at the right time, cleaned, cooked and preserved. This one we only used a year later for this fantastic Quince tart. I strive to use the best ingredients and so much better if homegrown.
