The Guided Labyrinth Walk at Musefees 2025 offered a peaceful, reflective journey inward — a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with oneself. 🌞💫 As participants walked the winding path, they were invited to release what no longer serves them and open their hearts to renewal, clarity, and healing carried on the Spirit of the Healing Wind. 🍃💛

One of the delicious highlights of Musefees 2025 was the Feta Cheese Demo presented by Jooste Bergh Artisan Cheese. Visitors had the chance to see the cheesemaking process up close — from fresh milk to creamy, tangy feta — while learning about the craftsmanship, patience, and passion behind every block. 🥣💛

It was a true celebration of local skill, quality ingredients, and the art of traditional cheesemaking — and of course, there were plenty of tasty samples to enjoy! 🧀🙌

🎶✨ Soundscapes from the Heart – Healing Through Music and Mindfulness 🌿💫

Musefees 2025 hosted a truly transformative experience with Soundscapes from the Heart, where sound, movement, and intention came together to create a space for deep healing and inner balance.

Guided by Hendrik van der Merwe and Hermien Grobler, participants were immersed in a powerful journey of sound healing, breathwork, and somatic awareness. From the gentle tones of the ngoni harp and handpan to guided practices for release and renewal, the session invited stillness, connection, and restoration on every level. 🪘🧘‍♂️💛

It was more than just a performance — it was an exploration of how music and mindful presence can open pathways to peace, grounding, and emotional well-being.
