We hope this message finds you in good spirits. We, the organizers and staff of Big 5 , would like to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who remained steadfastly loyal during the sound issues that affected our well anticipated event.
An unforeseen sound problem caused a disruption in our operations, resulting in inconveniences for our valued patrons, artists and our dedicated team. However, despite this setback, we were truly humbled and inspired by the unwavering support we received from a remarkable group of individuals: our loyal supporters who chose to stay and patiently wait until our headliners braced us with their presence. Not forgetting all the booked local artists who managed to come through and shared a sense of understanding, sympathy and remained patient.
Your unwavering dedication and commitment to our event truly touched our hearts. Your presence, understanding, and continued enthusiasm throughout the challenging circumstances were a testament to the strong bond we have built with you. Your faith in us and your determination to make the most of the situation were awe-inspiring.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during this unfortunate incident, and we assure you that we are taking every possible measure to prevent such occurrences in the future. Your safety, comfort, and enjoyment have always been our top priorities, and we deeply regret any disruption to your experience at our event.
