Our Story

Since August 2020, Susan Theunissen is the proud owner of Lubellos Bridal® (established 2007). Susan is married to Johan, and have 3 beautiful children, Juan-Pierre, Brendon-Lee and Cara-Mari.

Prior to join the Lubellos Bridal® Team, Susan worked at South African Airways since 2000.

Dressmaking started out as a hobby for Susan. This soon developed into a passion. Susan loves to create lasting memories by designing and making fairy tale wedding dresses for brides, elegant evening wear for matriculants and overall making every woman look and feel sensual in one of her creations.

The Lubellos Bridal® collection is carefully selected from local and international manufacturers ensuring the use of the finest fabrics and the latest in design trends. These same manufacturers supply European design houses. A portion of the Lubellos Bridal® collection are locally manufactured original designs.
