An unforgettable season filled with flavour, creativity, laughter, conversation, and the coming together of community around the table. From the first plate served to the final toast shared, every evening carried its own special magic.

It has been an absolute privilege to be part of these evenings — creating, serving, and sharing food in such an inspiring space surrounded by wonderful people.

Thank you to everyone who attended, supported, encouraged, and enjoyed the experience with us throughout the season. And a special thank you to the George Arts Theatre for the opportunity and trust to be part of something so memorable.

I’m incredibly honoured to be catering for the 2026 Tapas theatre evenings at the George Arts Theatre. A space that celebrates creativity, expression, and community now becomes the backdrop for something equally special — the sharing of beautiful, thoughtfully prepared food.

Tapas, by nature, are about connection. Small plates, big flavours, and the joy of tasting, sharing, and experiencing something together. That’s exactly the atmosphere we aim to create — where every bite complements the evening’s artistic energy.

From carefully selected ingredients to handcrafted presentation, each element on the menu has been designed to reflect both quality and passion. It’s about more than just food — it’s about contributing to an experience.
