WE’RE HIRING | FARM MANAGER

LEO Sky Farm is looking for a reliable, experienced and hands-on Farm Manager to join our team!

We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, has strong leadership skills and is passionate about agriculture and maintaining a beautiful farm environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee vineyard and olive grove operations.
• Manage irrigation and water systems.
• Supervise farm staff and seasonal teams.
• Coordinate farm machinery and property maintenance.
• Ensure gardens, grounds, pools and guest accommodation are well maintained.
• Manage daily operations, maintenance schedules and farm resources.

Requirements:

• Previous farm management or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of vineyards, olive groves and irrigation systems.
• Practical maintenance and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• A reliable, proactive and hands-on approach.

Experience in hospitality property maintenance and relevant agricultural qualifications will be advantageous.
