Le Manoir de Brendel family-owned Estate. It is situated in the heart of the Cape Winelands, a five-minute drive from the historical Franschhoek village.
Guests have the choice of 10 luxurious suites with exclusive ambiance, as well as 2 family cottages. Continental and hot breakfast is served overlooking the Klein Drakenstein Mountains.

Activities
Bring your racquet along and enjoy a game of tennis on our clay court, with views overlooking the vineyards. Both young and old enjoy playing a game of chess on our giant garden chessboard. For more action, there’s a 1.2 km walking trail through the vineyards.
Lazing in and around our swimming pool is what our guests do best when the Franschhoek summer days are upon us. For those colder winter days, lounging around our guest-lounge fireplace is just the thing to do.

We can offer a total of 10 luxuriously furnished suites. All of the five Pool Site Suites have a private terrace overlooking the pool as well as the gardens. Five suites are located in the Manor House, two upstairs and three on ground level. Furthermore we have 2 private family cottages, all equipped with modern amenities.
The atmosphere varies from room to room, with garden and mountain view options. All suites are serviced daily and equipped with air conditioners, selective DSTV channels, mini-bar, coffee /tea station, safe for valuables, hairdryer, gowns, slippers and luxury bathroom amenities.
Selective pet friendly rooms are also available.
Le Manoir de Brendel is a family-owned estate where all grapes are harvested by hand. Our Brendel range stands for attention to detail according to centuries old tradition of winemaking. Our red wines undergo a first fermentation in the tank, followed by a second fermentation in barrels and are finally matured on oak for 16 to 19 months
The estate is 29 hectares, either under vines or proteas
In this mild and sunny climate in the shadow of the mountains, we grow grape varieties of Shiraz, Pinotage, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Semmilon and Chardonnay.
