As you know from earlier today my followers choose our name for a side venture for us so we going name our food truck/trailer (The Local Fix) so everyone that suggested a name we thought to give you a prize for name suggestions so. Let’s see who’s the winner in the video. Thanks to all my followers.

Today, we are catering a beautiful wedding for Windy and Kevin, who travelled all the way from America to celebrate with Kevin's family. Kevin is originally from Kraaifontein, and Windy is from Mexico, though they now reside in the U.S.

The menu for today is:

We're busy prepping our BBQ-glazed pork ribs for a wedding tasting today! 🍖🔥

You can find these delicious ribs on our Fire Menu. We dry rub the ribs and let them marinate in the fridge for 24 hours, allowing the flavours to pe*****te deep into the meat. This also helps to age the meat for an even better texture.

We slow-cook them in the oven for 3 hours at a low temperature, and, on your event day, we finish them off on the braai to infuse a rich, smoky flavor. Finally, we glaze them with our homemade BBQ sauce for the perfect finish! 🤤
