Authentic Cooking I completed my Silwood kitchen training in 1997, with distinctions! as welll as awards of excellence. I then lived and worked in Germany for 5 years.

I was then appointed head chef for the Brittish ambassador, where i worked for 4years. I started Authentic cooking catering and cooking classes when i returned to SA in 2005...
