We’re Hiring: Experienced Wedding Planner / Event Organiser
📍 Based at Panish Foods HQ, Briardene – Durban North
💼 Full-time | Salary Negotiable (Based on Experience)
Panish Foods is expanding our events team and we’re looking for a highly experienced, detail-obsessed Wedding Planner / Event Organiser to join our dynamic operation. If you have a proven track record in executing premium weddings, corporate functions, and high-end events—this is your calling.

Minimum Requirements:
• ✅ At least 5 years of full-time experience in wedding or high-end event planning
• ✅ A strong, traceable portfolio of successful weddings and events (with references)
• ✅ A keen creative eye for design, detail and décor curation
• ✅ Excellent organisational and multitasking skills under pressure
• ✅ Professional and clear communication skills for interacting with clients, suppliers, and vendors
• ✅ Confident in managing budgets, timelines and full event ex*****on
• ✅ Working knowledge of event logistics, floor plans, and supplier coordination
• ✅ Availability to work weekends, evenings and under event deadlines
• ✅ Valid SA driver’s licence and own reliable transport (advantageous)
What You’ll Do:
• Take ownership of client events from concept to completion
• Liaise with chefs, décor teams, vendors and suppliers
• Manage event logistics, production timelines and day-of coordination
• Represent the Panish Foods brand in high-end settings with professionalism and flair
• Deliver flawless client experiences at every stage
