This month’s recipe is an easy one — and a favourite.

🍫 Quick & Easy Chocolate Chip Brownies
Rich, fudgy, and dangerously moreish.
Save this one, share it, and make it this weekend.

Recipe:

½ cup butter (melted)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
⅓ cup cocoa powder
½ cup flour
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp baking powder
½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease and line a baking tin.

Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

Stir in cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Pour into pan and bake for 20–25 min.
Cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
