Caribbean Prawn Cocktail: Char grilled Cajun prawns served over frizze’ lettuce and a char grilled pineapple salsa, topped with a Marie Rose sauce.
Main
Chicken Supreme: Chicken breast stuffed with fresh mozzarella, basil and sundried tomatoes, served over wilted rocket and potato rosti, finished with a roast garlic jus.
