How to make my amazing strawberry jam:

1 kg fresh strawberries (weighed after cutting leaves off)
350 g brown sugar
Juice of 1 small lemon
1 packet of Vanilla Sugar
1 packet Dr. Oetker Deutschland Super Gelfix 3:1

Cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
Remove 1/3 and blend in a blender.
Mash up the rest with a potato masher.
Add the blended jam back in the pot and cook slowly for another 10 minutes.
Cool & Bottle.

You find these amazing little things on every Buffet Table in Sao Paolo Brazil and I MUST try and make them when I get home. It’s very crunchy Crumbed Polenta Sticks! Luckily they have zero calories so the fact that I am having large numbers of them shouldn’t make me fatter at all… 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Tried the 3 ingredient cheese rolls and here’s the verdict:

It’s easy, quick and very lekker, but:

1. It’s not a bread roll, it’s more like a scone.
2. It’s technically 4 ingredients because it needs a pinch of salt.

So here it is:

2 cups Flour
1 cup Milk
1 cup grated Cheese
1 pinch of salt

Mix all together and keep a bit of cheese for on top.

Put wax paper in your airfryer and switch it on to 190 degrees Celsius to warm up.

The dough becomes a bit of a sticky mess, so use water on your hands and form 4 balls, put them in and top with cheese.

Bake for 10 minutes, peek in and bake another 5 minutes.

Enjoy.
