WHEN WE GET AN EMAIL LIKE THIS, IT'S SO WORTH SHARING. BEAMING WITH PRIDE AND JOY, thank you to our couples for trusting us, One I do, at a Time.
"Hi Tracy,
I hope you are well.
Geez, where do I even start? You guys do this every weekend and it shows! We honestly have zero notes!
From meeting you last year, then earlier this year to our interactions with Kaylyn, making recommendations, giving ideas, when the cake idea came up, she immediately had options ready. Listen!!! And when Kaylyn was away, Michelle stepping in? Wow! Of course, with all the back-and-forth on catering and dΓ©cor, Monique (Ms Scholz) guided us through it all, adding elements we didnβt even think of!
Nowwww fast forward to the day, when Monique and Jacques entered the chat. I donβt even know where to begin. If βread the roomβ was a person, Monique would be it! They arrived shortly after All Things Wedding who were busy setting up, and I think I blinked and everything was done. I have no idea when Monique steamed my dresses, set up the bathroom for detail shots, prepped Devonβs suits and steamed his shirtsβ¦ from coming in just before I walked down the aisle, helping with my veil, giving me one last spray of perfume, and making sure everything was in place before I walked out.
If there was anything I didnβt like or furniture that felt out of place, before I could even say it, it was already sorted! She was exceptionally attentive. Her and Jacques pre-empted what we needed next. They even noticed weβd run out of ice. She simply walked in, while I was finishing up makeup and said, βListen, donβt worry about it, but we have an ice situation. Are you happy for me to sort it out?β Then bam ... done!
Honestly, Iβm in awe. They were absolutely on the ball, from sorting out the place cards, to walking our moms down to the ceremony area (Jacques was a true gentleman there). Shuuuuu! Tracy, you have one hell of a team.
I canβt even begin talking about the other suppliers, but listenβ¦ if we were to do this again, it would be with you guys again.
Thereβs a limited number of decisions a human can make in a day, and as the bride and groom (bride especially lol), that number gets even smaller on the wedding day. My mind honestly felt clear. The only things I needed to remember were to walk down the aisle and have fun. Thatβs it. We had one day, and it was the best day because of you guys.
From Devon and myself, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making our wedding day the literal BEST DAY EVER!!! Our siblings and parents couldnβt stop gushing and raving about every detail and how smoothly everything went.
If we could do it again, we would only do it with you. Itβs giving βletβs have another weddingβ lol. But jokes aside, thank you to you and the entire team. May your business and your people grow, may you all reach your ambitions, and may all your dreams come true. May the universe bless you all tenfold!
Perhaps our paths may cross again soonβ¦in some way equally wonderful.
