Setting up our build-your-own bouquet cart at Platō was one of those moments that made everything we’ve worked for feel real. From unpacking stems and arranging vases to seeing people’s faces light up as they chose flowers, it was a mix of chaos and beauty that we wouldn’t trade for anything. Every little detail mattered, and somehow, all the nerves and preparation turned into pure joy when the cart came alive.
Being a small business owner means feeling a little bit of everything all the time. There’s the excitement of seeing your idea in action, the worry that something might go wrong, and the pride when it all comes together exactly as you imagined. Watching strangers become creators for a moment, carefully crafting a bouquet that’s entirely their own, reminded us why we started La Tabla Bloom in the first place.
