🌿 REWILDING CREATIVITY: A Journey Back to Authenticity, Intuition & Flow 🎨
What if creativity isn’t something you need to learn, but something you simply need to remember?
Rewilding Creativity is an immersive half-day experience designed to help you step away from overthinking, perfectionism and self-consciousness, and reconnect with the part of you that creates freely, intuitively and playfully.
We’ll begin with a mindful nature walk, using the journey to slow down, breathe, notice our surroundings and gather natural materials to create our own wild, unconventional paintbrushes.
From there, we’ll move, make, listen and explore.
✨ You’ll experience:
🌿 A mindful nature walk and sensory exploration
🖌️ Creating your own natural brushes from found materials
💃 Nia-inspired movement to awaken the body and release self-consciousness
🎨 Intuitive abstract painting using inks, acrylics, pastels and natural textures
🥁 A rhythmic drumming circle exploring repetition, pattern and flow
🌱 A sensory journey through the herb garden, engaging sight, smell, touch and taste
📖 Journaling and reflective prompts
🌬️ A grounding breathwork and visualization practice
🎨 An evolving artwork that becomes a visual expression of your journey
Rather than creating a "perfect" piece of art, you’ll allow your experiences to leave their mark, movement becoming colour, rhythm becoming pattern, nature becoming texture, and intuition becoming image.
No artistic experience is required.
There is no right or wrong way to create. This is an invitation to loosen your grip, trust your instincts and discover what emerges when you give yourself permission to play.

Bring comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for walking and movement…and come ready to get a little messy.
