Acorn Guest Farm is a peaceful countryside escape and authentic farm wedding venue, offering accommodation, wedding weekends, retreats and meaningful gatherings. Acorn Guest Farm is an authentic farm in the Carolina District, just 30 minutes from Dullstroom, Mpumalanga. We exist for the purpose of sharing a piece of nature and the magic of this stretch of land with other people. We want couples, families and teams to experience love and reconnection here. The relationships we are able to create through the events and accommodation we host, matter to us. We guarantee a personalised, friendly farm stay that nurtures the soul with a dose of nature’s best tonic. ACORN BREAKFAST RUN | Spring Edition 🌸🌾✨

Come spend a beautiful spring morning with us at Acorn Guest Farm in Carolina.

Start the day with a 5 km or 10 km walk, jog or run through the beautiful farm surroundings, then stay a little longer - meet us for a true farmstyle “breakfast”around the fire, browse our growing and local farm market, grab a coffee and spend the morning with good people in the fresh country air.

Saturday, 10 October

Acorn Guest Farm, Carolina, Mpumalanga

Registration at 7AM | Run starts at 8AM

- 5 km | R60 (R10 for kids under 12)

- 10 km | R80

Walk, jog or run. Everyone is welcome.

🔥Stay for our Spring Bring & Braai 🔥

Bring your own meat and we’ll provide the fire, wood, braai facilities and three delicious sides:

Breakfast pre-orders are essential and close 7 October.

- R95 per adult

- R50 per child under 12

Don’t rush home after breakfast. Our farm market will be open with fresh local produce and homemade goodies from farms and makers in the area, including fresh vegetables, farm milk, free-range eggs, freshly baked bread, cookies, tarts, rusks, homemade smoothies and more.

Life brings seasons we plan for, and seasons that catch us completely by surprise.

Spring arrives as a soft reminder that growth doesn’t wait for perfect conditions—we can still unfold beautifully, right where we are.

We are creating a space to simply be. Join us for a morning to slow down, catch your breath, and connect deeply with like-minded women who truly understand the journey.

What to expect:

🌿 Craft a gorgeous arrangement at our interactive Bloom Bar over an elegant high tea, sharing laughs and lighthearted moments with new friends.
🎨 Paint and style your own custom keepsake planter to take home, guided by the talented Sonette de B**r of Nitali Interior and Tjhoko Paint.
🍽 Gather around a beautifully styled long table in the poplar courtyard for a spring luncheon prepared by Anna Steyn.
