The new Sony camera brings impressive upgrades, including Triple Base ISO (800/4000/12800), internal 16-bit X-OCN RAW, 32-bit float audio and Dual Gain Shooting Mode—a serious step forward from its predecessor. 🔥🎞️

NORTHLINK SOLAR STUDENTS TO HOLD PEACEFUL PROTEST TO HAND OVER MEMORANDUM OVER UNPAID ALLOWANCES

Students in the first group of the Solar PV standalone system at Northlink TVET College, Belhar Campus, and the SRC have submitted a follow-up memorandum of demands to college management regarding outstanding allowances for the period October 2025 to March 2026.

According to Ludwe, spokesperson for the group, the students are experiencing financial hardship. He said the delays affect their ability to pay for transport while job hunting and to apply for solar installation jobs, as they have not yet received their qualifications. Ludwe added that there has been a lack of formal communication from the college regarding timelines for payment.

The students are demanding that management and the finance department process and pay all outstanding balances into their bank accounts within 72 hours of receipt of the memorandum. They are further requesting clarity on trade testing and the release of qualifications.

Ludwe said they invite media and the community to join the peaceful protest and handover of the memorandum in support of their demands.

The memorandum will be handed over to Mr. Mafoumba, head of the institution, and Campus Manager Mr. Mosia.

Northlink TVET College management had not responded to requests for comment at the time of publication.
