Why are we so allergic to good service in the events industry?
A client recently said to me, “thank you for the awesome service, I didn’t know there is another one like me out there.” It hit me. Yes, it is a compliment to LSEC, but sadly, also an indictment of the Events Industry.
When did basic, professional, responsive service become rare?
Good service isn’t a favour. It’s the job. It creates trust. It secures repeat business. It sustains entire teams. It keeps the industry moving.
So why do we tolerate a culture where simple follow-ups require ten emails and a chase-down?
