Morning my friends! I have decided to hang up the oven gloves and let this crazy and fun chapter come to an end :) As of the end of this year I will no longer be baking. AS much as I love it, I am not able to efficiently manage the cakes, my "real" job and my Shop for a Stranger initiative. I'm thinking to keep this page live so that people can still enjoy the pics for ideas etc. Thank you all so much for the completely overwhelming support over the three years - you have all tested my skills and allowed me to completely surprise even myself! I can recommend really talented bakers in the Milnerton area. Patisserie Claire at Stodels Centre is great and if you need a wedding cake you dont need to look further than Juan from Sugar Tree Cakerie - his work is RIDICULOUS!!!!!! Really amazing..... if you all end up missing me too much then ;) then please come and join me on my page "Shop for a Stranger" and help me make a difference to people who really need it.
