They say education is something nobody can ever take away from you... although we're pretty sure a second helping of our spit braai lamb can disappear quite quickly!

A few days ago we had the honour of catering for a young lady's graduation celebration, serving up a feast of succulent lamb spit braai, our creamy coleslaw, roasted potatoes and fresh sides to mark an incredible achievement.

In a world where knowledge opens doors, it's important to remember that every qualification earned represents a commitment to growth, opportunity, and building a brighter future. The journey may not always be easy, but the rewards are worth it.

I know of someone that left his job twice so he could have 2 farewell parties. Anyways, this is not one of those people.

We were out at The Department of Agriculture in Stellenbosch a few days ago for a farewell event and some people were sad about their colleague leaving and others were happy there was "lekker" food because we came with some tender spit braai lamb, roasted potatoes and our variety of salads.

We love to party, even if it means being there just watching everyone enjoy the vibes, the company and especially the food.

Our team pulled through with some love and tenderness for this 60th birthday, bringing along our juicy spit braai lamb, roasted potatoes, fresh 3 Bean Salad, tasty curried noodles, coupled with some fresh garlic rolls. We know the food was a winner, because as soon as everyone had their plates, nobody looked up until they were ready for more 😋😅.

Incase you didn't know, we also do a delivery service, where we prep everything off-site and come and setup at your venue and come and collect our dishes and cutlery the following day. 40 Years Young and Still Bringing the Heat! The Deep Heat for the sore back and legs too 😂😅

We recently had the pleasure of catering a fantastic 40th birthday celebration in Pelican Heights and what an amazing time was had. The venue and decor was absolutely stunning and we all know that the food was out of this world.

On the menu we had our slow-roasted spit braai lamb, crispy roasted potatoes, juicy grilled chicken, curried noodles, beetroot and Feta salad and garlic rolls.
We set up and prepared the spit braai on-site while guests enjoyed live entertainment from an amazing artist.

Now they say turning 40 means:
✔️ Your back goes out more than you do
✔️ Your body start making noises when standing up
✔️ But your parties get BETTER and your food standards get HIGHER

This celebration definitely understood the assignment! From an atmosphere to the delicious food, the night was one to remember.

Just the other day we spoke about milestone birthdays and here we are again. It is believed that 50 represents the peak intersection of hard-earned life experience, wisdom and a newfound personal freedom.

We were extremely chuffed to be a part of the celebration and brought out our delectable spit braai lamb, grilled chicken, roasted baby potatoes, cauliflower and broccoli in white sauce. There was no way anyone wasn't going to enjoy this.

Milestone birthdays are such a special occasion and most of the time, people look forward to these celebrations and plan way ahead to have the greatest time, not only for themselves, but also for their guests.

You can spot a well planned event by looking at the little things like decor, little trinkets and definitely the food... where we step in. We came in with some delicious roast beef in gravy, grilled chicken, soft garlic baby potatoes, savoury rice, cauli & broc in white sauce and topped it off with a decadent malva and custard. Most of our plates didn't require much washing 'cause they were clean...clean😅😋.

Not sure if its this early Winter that's responsible for all these weddings over the last few weeks, but we know for sure it must be love doing its thing.

Beautiful and cozy wedding with our special guest on the menu; the signature lasagne and we also had our succulent spit braai lamb, grilled chicken and renowned roasted baby potatoes. We also brought along our garlic rolls, fresh garden salad, our spicey curried noodle salad and our very helpful team of experts.

We love a lekka love story. So we got a newspaper report about this couple who were getting married. Imagine, nogal a news report.

We didn't make the headlines, but our food surely was the talk of the town. A beautiful venue at Century City, coupled with our signature spit braai lamb, roasted baby potatoes, grilled chicken and sausage. While some love a good green salad with feta or a creamy noodle salad, we also had some warm squash and butternut as a side, to counter this early Winter we're experiencing.

Sometimes all you need is the people closest to you to have the best fun, the ones who knows all your files and that will blast it out in front of everyone is your uncle, aunty, cousin or sibling.

A family get together was planned and we quickly became part of the family just because we brought the right food 😅. They were seriously digging into the succulent spit braai lamb, grilled chicken and roasted potatoes and not long after that the fun started.

We had the privilege of catering for a 50th birthday party in Ferness Estate, Yes, we know not everyone knows where it is. Its around the corner from Wynberg, on the borders of Ottery, Parkwood and that other place. Now some of you may you have noticed that at quite a few of our recent events, we served some very lekka lasagne and it's become a firm favourite at the Constantia Bowling Club .

We recently joined them at a 2 day tournament where we served lasagne, chicken & mushroom pasta, coleslaw, garlic rolls and fresh feta and green salad. What was usually served as a side has now become a delicious hearty main dish. It may be a sign that winter's on it's way but that won't stop us from braaing those lambs for your next event.

What an awesome experience preparing and serving pulled lamb at the Pullman Hotels and Resorts Cape Town for the Pullman Cape Town Awards. The awards had nothing to do with pulling man.

We PULLed out all the stops and had a juicy lamb on the spit braai, grilled chicken, roasted potatoes and a range of salads. An evening filled with glitz and glam in an absolutely stunning venue. Next time we're staying over and claiming our award😅.

Die Venue in Klapmuts is a stunning spot for any event, with beautiful views and lush greenery, coupled with our spit-braai lamb, roasted potatoes, grilled chicken, garlic rolls and spicy noodle and fresh salad. Most of the attendees forgot about the memories of this class reunion when they started eating😅😋.

While we love being at your venue and showing off our spit braai skills. Our spit braai deliveries have become a firm favourite. You basically get all the food, without the joy (or agony) of watching and waiting while we roast your meat.

All you have to do is get in touch, let us know how many guests you're having over, choose your meat, your sides, salad, deserts etc and we will deliver it to you, set it up and you do the rest (eat it).
Over the past weekend we had to prepare these for delivery and as always, they were a hit.
