💜💜💜💜💜💟💟

In solidarity, we stand. 💜
Today, we join the Women For Change Shutdown in raising our voices against gender-based violence and the injustices faced by women across our nation.

This isn’t just a moment — it’s a movement. A call for accountability, protection, and meaningful change.
As organizers, we’re proud to say: we are going PURPLE today to honor survivors, support the fight, and amplify the message that enough is enough. 💜
To every woman: we see you, we hear you, and we stand with you.
To our community: let’s continue to show up, speak up, and work towards a safer, more equal South Africa.
💜

Hello Yaardties🤗
Bring out the fine china, os kry mense🤣

Joining our line up is the iconic, the living legend, the uncle we love to love 🥰
My good friend Uncle Stan🫡

Stan Mars is a veteran of South African radio media with nearly three decades' experience behind the mic, primarily in the Western Cape.

He officially joined pioneering local station Kfm 94.5 on 1 April 2025 to host a new Sunday evening show from 18:00 to 21:00.

Stan describes himself as “just an average Joe from Kuilsriver” who didn’t set out to follow a traditional profession but always wanted to be on radio.
He started in campus radio and mall activations, steadily building up his profile.

Over the years he became known for his big personality, distinctive voice, and ability to connect with listeners. His contributions span broadcasting, voice-acting, live MC work and promotions.
With Kfm 94.5, the station’s leadership noted that Stan “brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the Western Cape’s audience”.
