Within the teachings of learning the handstand, not only do I teach physical preparation, but I change the vernacular to introduce new mental dialogs, frameworks, and mannerisms that are conducive for going upside down.

- Intensity by nature is to be done periodically.
- How you learn something is how you execute it.
