POSITION AVAILABLE:
We are an extremely busy organisation with different companies running from the same business premises. We have one central reception area that all companies make use of. We are looking for a young vibrant individual who is looking to grow with the business!
We are looking for a receptionist who will double up as PA and basic Accountant to one of the companies. The applicant must be available to start working from 1st Feb 2014

Previous experience is needed
Job description to include:
1. Formal Book keeping: This position requires someone with the ability to allocate expenses, conduct event/campaign reconciliations, generate invoices, assist with payment runs via internet banking, petty cash management and allocations, communicate with business accountant.
2. Receptionist and office manager: manage front office and switch board, ie directing calls, welcome visitors, offering refreshments, ordering of company stationary, stocking of boardroom and kitchen with necessary elements, front office functions and managing the domestic worker.
3. PA to the owner: Diarising and organising all meetings, appointment and errands needed, collections and research.

Period of contract:
Office hour’s 08h30 - 16h30- dependent on workload and ability to complete duties
Office days will be flexible and will be dependent on work required, meetings and events if required to help
The offer is for an initial 6 months’ probation period.
Remuneration:
R8000.000 Gross Salary – Dependent on Experience
