It's been a while!

At this point I feel like a mermaid but I love it!

Shout out to curved nail siscors for helping me cut out ALL the mermaid scales. Please stick around to see the amazing photo cut outs that I have (But did not paint).

This has been the longest but most exciting party journey I have been through.

I am definitely obsessed with cookie cake toppers.

Having a cake topper is pretty common but definitely not as delicious as a cookie as a cake topper!

You can add a large sugar cookie onto your cake or small ones onto each cupcake. If you are feeling extra festive then doing both is very exciting!

Gift tables don't have to be an after thought. How many times have you gone to an event and had to ask where to leave the gifts?

With a sprinkle of creativity and a dash of imagination here are two great gift sections.

A big bow and a sign matching the colours of the theme. The table was placed right by the entrance making it easy to spot and recognize.

What is cuter that a big gift filled with gifts? This even made it easy for the guest of honour to take her gifts home. No need for multiple trips to the car as it was all packaged ready to go in one swoop.

These were not party related but it could have been!

This was a request from my niece. It turned out so cute that I decided to make a matching one for my daughter.

The cool thing about these are that the prints are not vynil sitting ontop of the hoodie. This was special ink that become part of the clothing item!

Why do I enjoy putting together a Pinterest worthy party for my daughter?

Planning a children's party is an opportunity to create magical memories that will last a lifetime. The most magical moment for me was when my 3-year-old walked into her completed set up party. Her eyes widened and her first words were ‘WOW!’. That was the moment that sticking almost 100 balloons to the ceiling was 110% worth it!

Children have a boundless imagination. I aim to tap into that creativity and create a world of wonder and excitement for them to explore.

It is also important to remember that a kids' party isn't just about entertaining the little ones. We cannot forget about the adults. Make sure you have good food and drinks for the adults.

Ultimately, a children's party is a celebration of love, laughter, and the joy of childhood.

An important aspect I always keep in mind is budget. There are some great ways to create magic without spending your life savings.
