Many of these guys started with us as youngsters, learning the ropes, growing with the company, and becoming the skilled, steady hands our swimmers trust out on the water
They spend their northernhemisphere summers working abroad, only to return home in their offmonths to jump straight back into the Big Bay Events family
Their commitment, professionalism, and passion for supporting swimmers from Robben Island to every corner of our coastline is something we’re deeply proud of
They carry our legacy with them wherever they go, and every season they return, they bring back even more experience, maturity, and heart
