Honouring Tamil Tradition Through Refined Wedding Design
On 13 December 2025, Rosy’s Event Design & Decor had the privilege of creating the wedding setting for a beautiful celebration at Louisvale Wine Estate in Stellenbosch.
The venue’s distinctive, curved hall, with its contemporary form and open Winelands outlook, provided a striking architectural backdrop for the reception. Inside, the styling was kept elegant and considered, natural wood tones, crisp white florals, black accents, glassware and soft candlelight creating a refined modern setting without overpowering the space.

For the ceremony, we created the manavarai in the gardens, positioned against the greenery, vineyards and mountain views. In Tamil weddings, the manavarai is far more than a decorative structure. It is the sacred centre of the ceremony, the space where rituals are performed, blessings are received, and two families witness the beginning of a new chapter.
