A touch of Ibiza, reimagined through elegant design. 🌴✨

For the Wynberg Girls' High School Class of 2026 Matric Dance, Rosy’s Event Design & Decor transformed the Southern Sun Cape Sun into an unforgettable evening inspired by the vibrant spirit of Ibiza.

Deep emerald table linens, luxurious gold charger plates, tropical foliage, floating candle centrepieces and ambient lighting came together to create a sophisticated setting that perfectly captured the theme while maintaining an atmosphere of timeless elegance.

Held on 11 April 2026, this beautiful celebration was an honour for our team to be part of. We extend our sincere thanks to Wynberg Girls’ High School for entrusting Rosy’s Event Design & Decor with bringing their vision to life.

Celebrating Milestones. Creating Memorable Experiences.

For many years, Rosy’s Event Design & Decor has had the privilege of working alongside the University of Cape Town, creating spaces for celebrations, gala dinners, faculty functions and special occasions across the university.

It was an honour to once again be entrusted with the decor for the National Association of Student Development Professionals Nasdev South Africa 30th Anniversary Gala Dinner, held during the 2026 Best Practice Summit at UCT.

Inspired by the significance of the occasion, our team curated a sophisticated setting featuring crisp white tablescapes, striking floral centrepieces, rich navy and crimson draping, ambient lighting and elegant finishing touches that transformed the venue into a space worthy of celebrating three decades of student development in South African higher education.

Every detail - from the floral installations and tablescapes to the lighting, backdrop, and statement decor - was carefully considered to create an atmosphere that was both welcoming and memorable for every guest in attendance.

To our valued partners at the University of Cape Town, thank you for your continued trust over the years. It is always a privilege to contribute to the many celebrations, milestones and achievements shared across your faculties and community.

A Qawwali Evening, Designed in Full Colour.

Some celebrations are meant to feel soft and understated. Others call for richness, rhythm and colour.

For this Qawwali evening at Ghousia Manzil Hall, Rosy’s created a vibrant setting inspired by music, devotion and festive gathering. Jewel-toned draping, Mughal-inspired arches, warm gold accents and layered stage details brought a sense of theatre and celebration to the room.

The tablescapes added a refined balance, featuring royal blue linens, textured gold charger plates, elegant glassware, candlelight, and decorative lanterns, creating an atmosphere that felt both joyful and beautifully considered.

From timeless, elegant weddings to bold cultural celebrations, Rosy’s designs each event around the mood, meaning and personality of the occasion.

Honouring Tamil Tradition Through Refined Wedding Design

On 13 December 2025, Rosy’s Event Design & Decor had the privilege of creating the wedding setting for a beautiful celebration at Louisvale Wine Estate in Stellenbosch.

The venue’s distinctive, curved hall, with its contemporary form and open Winelands outlook, provided a striking architectural backdrop for the reception. Inside, the styling was kept elegant and considered, natural wood tones, crisp white florals, black accents, glassware and soft candlelight creating a refined modern setting without overpowering the space.

For the ceremony, we created the manavarai in the gardens, positioned against the greenery, vineyards and mountain views. In Tamil weddings, the manavarai is far more than a decorative structure. It is the sacred centre of the ceremony, the space where rituals are performed, blessings are received, and two families witness the beginning of a new chapter.

With over 21 years of experience, Rosy’s understands that cultural wedding decor requires more than beautiful styling. It requires sensitivity, respect and an understanding of the meaning behind every element - from the ceremonial layout to the flowers, vessels, seating and overall flow of the day.

Rosy’s Event Design & Décor delivered a bold, African-inspired transformation for the Cape Glam Party, hosted at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) on 17 May 2026, an immersive celebration of culture, luxury, and large-scale event design.

Drawing inspiration from contemporary African aesthetics, the space was layered with striking geometric mudcloth-inspired motifs, sculptural indigenous florals, textured natural elements, ambient lighting and statement wildlife installations that created a visually rich and unforgettable guest experience.

From refined tablescapes to the dramatic spatial styling throughout the venue, every detail was intentionally curated to balance elegance with cultural depth, proving that African-inspired design can feel both globally sophisticated and deeply authentic.

Vanika & Bevin’s wedding reception at the Grand Banqueting Hall at Nooitgedacht Wine Estate was designed to feel elegant, warm and effortlessly refined from the moment guests entered the space.

Surrounded by the historic Cape Dutch character of the estate, the reception design embraced the beauty of the venue itself - exposed wooden ceilings, glowing chandeliers, and endless ambient lighting created the perfect setting for an unforgettable celebration in the heart of the Stellenbosch Winelands.

For this wedding, Rosy’s Event Design & Decor combined long banquet-style seating with layered candlelight, soft ivory textures, emerald satin accents, delicate florals, and warm glass elements to create a look that felt both luxurious and inviting. Every table was intentionally styled to create depth, atmosphere, and a seamless flow throughout the hall without ever overpowering the space itself.

From the sacred Mandap ceremony on the lawn to the reception celebration inside the Grand Banqueting Hall, every detail was thoughtfully curated to ensure the entire wedding experience felt cohesive, timeless and deeply personal to the couple.
