From our kitchen to yours🍮❤️

Peppadill Caterers’ Malva Pudding recipe, finally revealed!

Ingredients:

1 cup of flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 tbs (15ml) butter
3 tbs (45ml) apricot jam
1 tsp (5ml) vinegar
1 tsp (5ml) ginger
1 tsp (5ml) bicarbonate soda
1 egg

Method:

Preheat Oven at 180 C
Mix all ingredients together and pour into dish and bake till cooked

Heat the following sauce till boiling:
1 cup of cream
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of boiling water

When Malva comes out of oven, pour over the sauce

Serve with custard✨
