So last night after a couple nights of "skimping on sleep" I went to bed...at 930pm.My body just shut down while putting my two year old to bed ( I think she put me to bed to be honest). I woke up at 430 refreshed and ready for my day...We are halfway through the day...and I still havent run into my reserve tank! We are all guilty of skimping on sleep.So hopefully after reading rhis article you will change your naps into nightime sleeps!
