Ambrosia Catering had the absolute pleasure of catering a fabulous 50th birthday celebration in beautiful Kuils River this past weekend! The 29 Guests were treated to a scrumptious three-course canapé menu that brought flavour, elegance, and flair to every bite.

✨ Cold Canapés included:
• Smoked chicken with rocket, goat’s cheese & caramelised peaches on crostini
• Mini pita pockets with falafel, chopped lettuce, hummus & tzatziki (v)
• Bruschetta with rocket, tender beef rump & brie, finished with a balsamic syrup drizzle
• Sweet Asian prawn & mango salad bowls with sesame seeds & micro herbs
• Chicken satay skewers with a Thai peanut dip

Last week, Ambrosia Catering had the distinct honour of curating a bespoke culinary experience for the British High Commission, hosting 70 distinguished guests at a truly memorable event.
With every detail thoughtfully considered, we crafted a menu designed to delight the senses and reflect our signature balance of elegance and flavour-forward simplicity.

🥢 Starters took centre stage with our vibrant Poki Bowls — a harmony of textures and tastes. Each bowl was a celebration of freshness, featuring sushi rice as the base, topped with hot smoked pepper trout, edamame beans, seaweed, and finished with a delicate Asian-inspired dressing. A light yet deeply satisfying start to the evening.
