The birds return. The season turns. We gather once more.

Inyoni is the third and final chapter of this season of The Pulse of Seasons, arriving at the threshold of the Spring Equinox.

Join Tiisetso Makhubedu on the floors of our studio for a seasonal gathering woven through yoga, iNgoma, Yoga Nidra, sound, ceremony and conversation.

The morning will close around the Gathering Table with Mpepho tea, shared food and stories. You are invited to bring something simple that reminds you of home, family, culture or a meaningful memory.

Come with a story, or simply come to listen.

Jess (Soul Moves with Jess) begins with slow, supported postures in the hammock, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra while cocooned above the ground.

A beautiful introduction for anyone curious about aerial practice, and a rare opportunity to experience Yoga Nidra while completely held by the hammock.

Move while the city wakes. Listen to your breath when the week gets loud. Stretch, strengthen, sauna, sip something warm. And leave feeling a little more in love with life.

Here’s what’s happening at Light House this week.

Expect the same incredible movement every week, which is never the same. It’s our last week moving with Jamie Fuller, so sign up for her last Tuesday 7am upstairs. Then, brothers_rising men’s group, and a sound bath on full moon.
