Happy thursday Foodies . I hardly make breakfast because i am always busy in the morning preparing my son for creche but, today I made a quick meal for myself. Simple and easy. Bacon, cheese and egg breakfast bruschetta. All you need is :

Toasted rye bread
Cream cheese spread
Mozarella cheese
Fried bacon
Poached egg
Mixed Herb salad leaves
favorite sandwich sauce.
Method : stack it up whichever way you want, it will still taste great 👌🏾😋
