Are you passionate about flowers and the events industry? Deco Flow is looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our vibrant team!

📍 Location: Northern Suburbs, Western Cape (remote work option available)

💰 Remuneration: Basic salary + high-earning commission structure with uncapped potential! 💸

📌 What You’ll Need to Succeed:

🌷 Industry Expertise:
———————————
•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in events, with a strong focus on floral sales and event decor/styling.
•⁠ ⁠Solid knowledge of flowers (types, blooming seasons, care, etc.) is absolutely essential!
•⁠ ⁠Experience with event setup and coordination is highly advantageous.
•⁠ ⁠Corporate sales background is a bonus.

💬 Skills & Attributes:

•⁠ ⁠Excellent sales, communication and interpersonal skills
•⁠ ⁠⁠Highly motivated with a bubbly personality and a friendly, professional attitude a must!
•⁠ ⁠Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
•⁠ A “go-getter” attitude and a love for closing deals
•⁠ ⁠⁠Ability to work on your own (we do NOT spoon-feed or micro-manage our team)

🚗 Practical Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Own reliable transport and be willing to travel
•⁠ ⁠Available to work weekends/after hours as needed (most events take place outside of business hours)
•⁠ ⁠⁠Own cellphone and laptop
