I called some customers back earlier after I missed some calls on the work phone and after chatting with one lady she asked who she was speaking to. When I said "Tammy'' she said 'oooh i've got the owner!' We had a laugh about the numerous job roles I do, but it got me thinking since about all of the job roles I actually do. So I have listed them here, I am sure there are some I have missed 😊
Receptionist - answering the phone, emails, messages, etc.
Quoting, Invoicing and accounts
Marketing - Facebook, instagram, google & website updates.
Photographer, editor and reel maker
Stock controller
Deliver driver and logistics
Florist
Cleaner
Market researcher
Employer/manager
Balloon maker/designer
Balloon set up installer
There is definitely 100% more to running a business than 'Just balloons' for sure.
