I was recently asked: why do i dj? is it for the money?

My response: No, it's not for the money. It is a great perk but i dj for the LOVE of music and the LOVE of the craft. The blending, the scratching, the tone play, the creativity, the experience i create for the public and mostly because of MY LOVE FOR MUSIC!!!

Money is a great additional perk, it helps to pay my bills and lets me enjoy life. But the music is my therapy and thats why i DJ.

📣 DJ’s: 3 professionalism tips for DJ’n gigs in corporate spaces or any spaces really:

1. Dress for success. Appearance matters. Try to match the aesthetic of the event’s theme. But if you can’t, you can never go wrong with wearing all black.

2. Be ON TIME! Keep in mind, “on time” is EARLY! You should be setup and ready to go at least 15 minutes before your start time.

3. Have REALIABLE and well maintained equipment. Your setup should look appealing to the eye. Conceal wires and cords.
