Ox liver (Zibondiwe)

Ingredients

1.R60 Fresh Ox liver
2.1 cup of Fresh milk
3. Cooking oil
4.Salt,Spices
5. Pot and Hot stove

Preparation
Wash ox liver with clean water,Remove the membrane then cut ox liver into pieces.Soak the ox liver in bowl and pour fresh milk wait for 30 minutes.Pat dry each piece and put it aside.

Switch on your stove on high temperature,In a pot/pan add cooking enough cooking oil when the pan/pot is hot ,start adding your ox liver to fry I added salt and my spices for extra taste.

On a separate pan/potI fried my onions,peppers and carrots with chillies to combine with the fried Ox liver.I added Worcestershire sauce to combine them in one pot(last frame).

NB-use your favourite spice and don’t limit your flavours.
