I wanted her to grow up surrounded by reminders of freedom, gentleness, strength and beauty.

One day she’ll outgrow this little room… but I hope she never outgrows the part of herself that runs free, dreams fearlessly, and always remembers how beautiful it is to be soft and strong at the same time. 🐎🌸

Today I finally felt the painting start coming alive on the canvas.
After a few slow and tired days, I spent some proper time painting again and I’m feeling much more positive about this piece now.
It’s amazing how art (and life) sometimes teaches us that progress doesn’t always happen in giant leaps. Sometimes it’s just about showing up again the next day… and trusting the process. 🎨
I can’t wait to keep building the layers and bringing this beautiful horse to life.

Some days the motivation is high, and some days it isn’t. Today was one of those tired days after being up all night with my baby daughter.

The inspiration felt low, but I chose to show up anyway and put paint on the canvas.
The progress was slow, the steps were small, but it was still progress.

Sometimes the biggest lesson in art and in life is that you don’t need perfect energy or perfect conditions to move forward — you just need to keep going. 🎨✨
