The truth is, it took us quite a while to
share this beautiful event we created and setup for our precious
Minaytjie.
Today I listened to a song that reminded me of
something so special… my mom would have wanted
everyone to enjoy these memories too.
So, with no further ado, here is one of my absolute
favourite celebrations of 2026.
The Friday we worked our magic to set up Minay’s Big
6 Love 🎾 💛Tennis Party , it was also the day my
mom was admitted to hospital. At the time, we had no
idea she wouldn’t be coming home again.
Her bright yellow tennis outfit was pressed, hanging on
the outside of her cupboard, ready to celebrate with her
granddaughter the next day. But God knew she
needed the care of the hospital more than we could
understand in that moment.
Although she wasn’t there in person, I know her love
surrounded us, and a little piece of her was woven into
every smile, every detail, and every memory we made
that day.
So here’s to our little tennis star.

Massive Thanks to for giving me
space where I could go wild with what ever my heart
wanted, wow you guys just ran with it , you went out of
your way to have extra staff , the best pizza’s and
mostly just jumped in every way you could!!!
To boy oh boy I dunno how to say thank
you anymore , my words fail me but heart is mostly so
appreciative you take each of my ideas and make it
reality even if meant making tennis 🎾 balls stick to
that nr 6 hehehe
for the amazing cake and sweet
treats, oh man listening to each and every voice note
and goodness those where all over the place but as
always everything was delicious but most of all you
matched every idea and made it amazing!
, printing for every printed thank you card ,
poster you name it and you n guys showed up.
