For years, I've let the music do the talking.

Through countless hours of listening, collecting, discovering and putting together journeys that mean something to me, the sound has continued to evolve.

Today, I'm giving those journeys a place of their own.

Introducing the official home of Obi-Wan S.A. — Selected Grooves.

A space to explore my mixtapes, discover the story behind the sound, stay connected and follow what comes next.

Built on a simple love for deep house, its rawness, its soul and the nostalgia it carries.

THE LONG WAY HOME CHAPTER III: REMEMBERING

Chapter III slows the journey down.

Mixed around 115 BPM, Remembering leans into soulful house, Afro-Latin warmth, ancestral rhythm and records that carry memory, identity and distance inside them.

The set was mixed with quantize off, so several transitions had to be ridden manually as tempos shifted. That gave the chapter a little more movement, imperfection and life.

From the warmth of Abicah Soul, Anané and Blaze through the deeper middle section, the mix eventually lands in a closing run of Atjazz, Frank Roger, Quentin Harris and Hollis P Monroe.

Still far from home.
