We’ve been getting a few questions about our theme, so let’s make it clear: there are no hard and fast rules! 💛💚

Our theme is “Butter Yellow with a touch of Sage Green” OR “Sage Green with a touch of Butter Yellow.”

But we want you to have fun with it! ✨

💛 Want to wear Butter Yellow only? YES!

🌿 Want to wear Sage Green only? YES!

💛🌿 Want to mix both colours? Absolutely!

✨ Want to play around with different shades, prints, textures or accessories? Go for it!

The idea is to create a beautiful sea of Butter Yellow and Sage Green, while giving you the freedom to express your own style.

So don’t overthink it — pick your colour, mix it up, accessorise, have fun and come dressed to bloom! 🌼

Food vendors will be formally invited to participate through an official event poster, which will provide details of the event and the process to be followed when applying for a stall.

Vendors wishing to participate will be required to follow the official vendor application process and submit all required information and documentation within the stipulated timeframe.

All food vendors must comply with the applicable Municipal Bylaws and hold valid permits required to operate at the event.

Vendors are also responsible for ensuring that all necessary equipment is available and in place to meet the required health, safety, hygiene, and food-handling standards.

Compliance with these requirements will be a prerequisite for approval to trade at the event.
