Wait until you see the whole transformation…

From an empty venue to a space completely transformed for the St Michael’s Farewell.
Every table, every detail and every corner came together to create an elegant setting for one very special night. Deep green, black and gold set the tone, while layers of glass, candlelight and carefully chosen details brought the entire venue to life.

This is why we love a before & after.

A new space deserves a proper celebration.

We had the pleasure of bringing the finishing touches to the Nala Units roof-wetting event, celebrating this exciting new student accommodation.

From relaxed outdoor seating and pops of colour to the catering setup and those little details that bring a space together — everything was set for an afternoon of good food, great company and a milestone worth celebrating.

Here’s to new beginnings, new spaces and many memories still to be made at Nala Units.

From blank tables to a setting ready for an unforgettable farewell.

This is what we love about a good before & after — watching every layer come together.

Deep green runners, gold details, candlelight, glassware and carefully styled place settings completely transformed the space for the St Michael’s Farewell.

It’s all in the details… and what a difference they make.

Happy Heritage Day, South Africa! 🇿🇦

Today we celebrate the cultures, traditions and stories that make our country so beautifully unique.

Different backgrounds, different traditions, all part of one home. May today be filled with good food, good company and moments worth sharing.

One country. Many cultures. One home.

With love from the Better Together Events team. 🤎

A professional setting, thoughtfully brought together.

For this Law Conference at UFS, we created a clean and welcoming environment where guests could connect, engage and enjoy the occasion — from the crisp black-and-white styling and comfortable lounge areas to the finishing touches and beautifully presented catering.

Because a successful conference is about more than the programme. It’s about creating an experience that feels considered from the moment guests arrive to the final bite.

Setup. Styling. Catering. One seamless event experience.
Planning a conference or corporate function? Let Better Together Events take care of the details.

The kind of feedback that makes our day. 🤍

Beautiful décor matters, but so does everything that happens behind the scenes — staying calm, paying attention to the details and making the entire process as easy as possible for our clients.

We loved being part of the Scania Shoot Challenge, and receiving a message like this afterwards means so much to our team.

“Favourite and only decor contact in Bloem!” — we’ll happily take that. 🤭

Thank you for trusting Better Together Events.

Corporate doesn’t have to feel corporate. ✨

For this Scania event, we brought together branded elements, comfortable lounge spaces, functional seating and subtle styling details to create an environment that felt polished, welcoming and true to the occasion.

From the first impression at the welcome area to the smaller details throughout the space, every element had a purpose.

Because great event styling isn’t only about making a space look good — it’s about making everything work together.

Behind every beautiful setup are a few busy hands, a little teamwork… and a whole lot of smiles.

A little BTS from our Women in Ministry High Tea setup — because while we take the details seriously, we definitely have fun bringing it all together.

From setting the tables to those final finishing touches, these are the moments behind the finished look.
Good energy. Great teamwork. Beautiful results. Better Together.
