The Owner of Equistria Venue is also the Director of Life Principles for Transformation. The Equistria Therapeutic Development Centre was established in 2000 and later became the base for the Life Principles Group, which focuses on Equine Assisted and Alternative Healing Modalities, Wellness Workshops and Corporate Staff Development and Training. With this serene peace of paradise in which we are
privileged to offer therapeutic and personal growth processes, a demand was created to make the venue available for those special moments in one’s life, like weddings, birthday celebrations and baby showers. We belief in collaboration and have a variety of specialized experts to ensure that the highest possible quality of services can be delivered in all relevant areas at Equistria. In 2016 Equistria received the Vice-Rector’s Award for Community Engagement from the University of the Free State in recognition of Outstanding Service, Commitment and Excellence with regards to a Community Engagement Project of 16 years involving Therapeutic Riding Activities in collaboration with the University of the Free State and schools with disabled or impaired children. With community outreach as part of our core beliefs since 2000, we aim to continue our service to society.
