Box of snails anyone? Baked this birthday cake (her birthday was yesterday) for an important person in my life, this person has opened a very important door for me. Thank you special lady. This is a three layer chocolate cake, iced with chocolate ganache and Italian meringue icing. Chocolate tiles all round, topped with "soil" and chocolate snails.
