Redoing me cv yesterday as I am told it's too long, but how on earth do you put 36 years on paper extensive hospitality experience. Feed 100's & 1000's of meals in my lifetime and yesterday I was told I don't have enough experience for a private household chef....eish it made me think is Ai going to take over my cooking skills too. Anyways good luck to each and everyone out there looking for work, trying to change their lifes or just do better, it's a big old tough world out there. But just don't give up - keep going!! Cooking school Loret's Kitchen memories and my not so little coffee shop in Umhlali happy memories in spite of covid, looting & flooding over the past years.

Church group mosaic. 30 youngsters meet every Sunday after church for Bible study and Isabella De Musso and some of her uni friends jumped in to help. Greek cuisine pork souvlaki pita bread tzatziki salad platters with loads of feta and olives all soaked in olive oil and red w**e vinegar. Big compliments afterwards from them. My happy place cooking up a storm!!!
